b]Part 1: The Profile[/b]
Name: Aran Niomii
Species: Gray Wolf
Age: around 4 or 5 in wolf years
Gender: Female
Pack: Cedar Mountain Pack
Physical Appearance:
Short Description: Aran mainly looks like that, except she her right eye is yellow, and she is thinner.
Personality: Aran is a friendly and kind wolf, always trying to look out for others. Normally, she is usually an outcast of the pack, always in the back and never really getting paid attention to. Thus, around others, she is quiet and shy.
Belongings: Aran lives alone, and the only belonging she has is a small band around her back hind leg which she is able to take on and off. It was not supposed to come off, for it was a tag from the humans, but due to the fact she barely gets anything to eat, she has thinned out and it comes off.
History: Aran's mother was killed by hunters who were angry and feared the wolves. She was saved, however, by the humans, and was put alone in the refuge while just a pup. Aran was not really noticed when she entered the pack. She stayed away from most of the members, and they didn't pay any attention to her. Sometimes though, the other pups and cubs would often pick on her because of her different color eyes. Now she wants to mean something to the pack, and to be something important.
Family and Relationships: She only knew of her mother, who died when she was a very young cub.
Part 2: Writing Sample
Writing Sample: Aran slowly trudged from her cave and looked up at the midnight sky. Her gray fur glowed in the moonlight, and she slightly smiled. "It looks like a good night for a single hunt." She crouched down and sprung into the air, leaping from boulder to boulder. Finally she reached the bottom, and prowled into the dark forest.
Aran silently stalked the forest, her ears turning around, looking for a some prey. None were around. With a heavy sigh, she trudged to the hollow tree in which she often slept in. With a sad look around her, she curled up. If i had someone to hunt with, maybe....i would have better luck. Slowly, she fell asleep.
